State Treasurer of California, Bill Lockyer will address the Concentrated Solar Power industry in San Francisco this October

CSP Today have just announced that Bill Lockyer State treasurer of California will be speaking at the Concentrated Solar Power Investment and Finance summit USA, taking place in San Francisco October 2-3rd.

The summit will address the challenge of securing the investment and finance CSP & CPV project developers need to get their plants off the ground in the USA.

The state treasurer will be addressing the leading concentrated solar thermal and concentrated photovoltaic investment and finance leaders from across the United States, including the likes of Vinod Khosla co founder of Sun Microsystems and one of the most influential figures in Silicon Valley.

With his election in November 2006 as California’s 32nd State Treasurer, Bill Lockyer continues a career in public service that has spanned more than three decades.  As Treasurer, one of Mr. Lockyer’s priorities has been to invest wisely to ensure California’s environmental and energy needs are addressed.
